This Privacy Policy explains how Fito Technology, LLC (“Fito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use OnFito and related websites, mobile apps, and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1) Who We Are & Scope

  • Controller: Fito Technology, LLC for personal information processed through OnFito.

  • Applies to: OnFito’s websites, apps, APIs, and features, including optional Web3 functionality (wallet connections, tipping, token cards, DEX/Launchpad links, Audits badges).

  • Not legal advice: This Policy may be updated periodically (see “Changes” below).


2) Eligibility & Children’s Privacy

  • You must be at least 14 years old to use OnFito.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents/guardians may contact us at privacy@fitotechnology.com.


3) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: you provide it, we collect it automatically, and we receive it from third parties.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account & Profile: name/handle, email, username, profile photo, bio, links, location (optional).

  • Content: posts, comments, images, videos, messages, community activity, project pages.

  • Verification & Compliance (where applicable): KYC/AML data if you participate in Launchpad or request verification; documentation you submit.

  • Support & Surveys: messages to support, feedback forms, bug reports.

  • Wallet Connections (optional): public wallet address(es) you connect. We do not collect private keys/seed phrases.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, referring/exit pages, timestamps.

  • Device/Network: IP address, device type, OS/browser, language, app version, crash logs.

  • Cookies & Similar Tech: session cookies, analytics, and preference cookies (see “Cookies” below).

C. Information From Third Parties

  • Web3 & Integrations: public blockchain data tied to your wallet address (e.g., transaction hashes); price feeds and token metadata; DEX/explorer data.

  • Service Providers: analytics, security, anti-spam, and moderation vendors.

  • Partners (optional): when you link accounts or interact with external services (e.g., Launchpad issuers).

Blockchain note: On-chain transactions are public, permanent, and not controlled by Fito. Think carefully before transacting.


4) How We Use Information

  • Provide & Improve the Services: operate accounts, feeds, messaging, communities, search, recommendations, and new features.

  • Safety & Integrity: detect spam, abuse, prohibited content, and security threats; enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.

  • Web3 Features (optional): enable wallet connection, token tipping, token cards, price widgets, and links to DEX/Launchpad/Audits.

  • Communications: transactional emails (verifications, updates), support responses, service announcements.

  • Personalization & Analytics: tailor content and measure engagement and performance.

  • Legal Compliance: meet regulatory obligations (e.g., KYC/AML where applicable), respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud.

EU/UK legal bases (where applicable): contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security, product improvement), consent (e.g., cookies/marketing where required), and legal obligations.


5) How We Share Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers/Processors: hosting, analytics, security, moderation, email, customer support.

  • Compliance & Safety: to enforce policies, protect rights, or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

  • Corporate Transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (we’ll notify where required).

  • With Your Direction/Consent: when you link third-party services or make your profile/content public.

  • Aggregated/De-identified Data: for research or analytics that do not identify you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some jurisdictions define “sell” or “share” to include certain advertising or analytics practices; see “Your Rights” for opt-out choices where applicable.


6) Content Visibility & Public Information

  • Public Content: posts, comments, profile info, and token/project pages you set to public may be visible to anyone, indexed by search engines, or shared via embeds.

  • On-Chain Activity: wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public by design; Fito cannot alter or remove blockchain data.


7) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in and remember preferences.

  • Measure traffic and performance (analytics).

  • Improve safety (e.g., rate limiting, anti-bot detection).

Where required by law, we show a cookie banner and obtain consent for non-essential cookies. You can manage preferences in your browser and (if available) our cookie settings panel.


8) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context (e.g., safety logs may be kept longer). Backups/caches are purged on a rolling schedule.


9) Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method is 100% secure. Self-custody reminder: We never store private keys or seed phrases—keep them safe and offline.


10) International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses). By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred internationally.


11) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access/Know what personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct/Update inaccurate information.

  • Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions and safety needs).

  • Portability (receive a copy in a usable format).

  • Opt-out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising, “sale/share” under CPRA-style laws).

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

How to exercise: Email privacy@fitotechnology.com or use in-app tools (where available). We may verify your request (e.g., via email confirmation, logged-in session, or other reasonable steps). Authorized agents may act on your behalf as permitted by law.

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Appeals (if applicable): If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email; we’ll review and respond within required timeframes.


12) Third-Party Links & Integrations

OnFito may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., DEXs, explorers, Launchpad issuers, Audits reports, analytics providers). These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices—review them carefully.


13) Communications Preferences

  • Transactional: You may receive important service emails (e.g., account, security). You cannot opt out of strictly necessary communications.

  • Marketing: We send marketing only with appropriate consent or as permitted by law; you can opt out through the email footer or account settings.


14) Account Deletion

You can request account deletion via settings (if available) or by contacting support@fitotechnology.com. Some content (e.g., public posts shared by others) may remain visible, and certain data may be retained for legal/safety reasons. Blockchain data cannot be altered or erased by us.


15) Regional Disclosures

  • EEA/UK: You may contact our EU/UK representative at [rep contact] or our DPO at [dpo email], if appointed. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

  • California (CPRA): We provide disclosures about categories collected, sources, purposes, and recipients upon request; you may opt out of “sale/share” (as defined by law) via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information [link].

  • Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Utah (and similar): You may exercise rights listed above and appeal denials as described.


16) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email (if available). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
